VIBRATIONAL / SOUND HEALING

I had a treatment for Sound Healing at Sole’n’Soul with Melanie. It was completely new to me, I have never had such a treatment, but I was blown away, it was incredible. After I had come round I really felt like I had been on a journey, it was amazing! I had insights and felt like my intuition could finally get through all the chatter I normally have, and its carried on. I have felt so much calmer since aswell! Stress melting sounds that hit the spot Magical ✨🙏🏻🙌

I have always been fascinated with sounds of nature, sound baths have become very popular in recent years and are deeply relaxing.  Sound Techniques have been shown to affect mind, body and emotions in different ways.Having used this therapy personally I found it to have a profound effect on shifting my energy and healing hence why I trained in Sound Therapy.

Sound is thought to influence our bio-energy field and through deep relaxation, support your overall wellbeing.

While experiences vary, people often report feeling more balance, more focus, feeling in the present and more connected to ‘YOU’.

Research indicates that vibrations from sound are able to affect us at a cellular level influencing the body.

Along side group Sound Healing/Baths,  I offer specialised one to one Vibrational Healing sessions and each of these will be as unique as YOU!

Vibrational Healing may be able to help with the following conditions;

Anxiety

Depression

Stress

Fatigue

Cronic Pain

Cognition and Memory

Overall Mental and Spiritual Well-Being

I am a massive lover of being outdoors and the inspiration for my training was just that, you will find many natural sounds within my sessions, just lay back and let the vibrations flow over you!

I felt lovely and energised when I got home, then had a really good sleep! My tinnitus isn't so loud today either.
